My Name is Nasrine Nasser and I have had
the pleasure of dealing with Michael Hammond
on many occasions in the past 6 years. I
am one of the franchisees that United deal
with and I have built 8 Gloria Jeans coffees
stores and Michael has been involved in
the installation of the refrigeration and
air conditioning in all the stores but one.
The biggest testament I can give Michael
and the United team is that only store I
have had problem with is the store his team
didn't do the work on.
In our industry breakdowns can be very
costly, not just in the cost of fixing things
but also in lost productivity. I have never
called Michael to an urgent service that
he has not promptly responded to and done
that best he can to get us up and running
as quickly as possible. This is a huge rap
in an industry where everyone is so busy
and only want to work Mon to Sat. Michael
has taken my call 24/7 and made every effort
to help, even when it is not something they
normally do. His enthusiasm to help and
do a job that is over and above the call
of duty is admirable.
I wish him and the United team the best
in all their future endeavours and will
be only to happy to recommend him to anyone.
