Depending on the urgency generally 1 hour otherwise 60-90minutes.
Does the company provide after hour service?
Yes. Our clients have 24 hour access to our service as we use a call center for after hour calls which will be directed to the technicians on call. Otherwise you can contact service manager at any time.
Do you work on all types of commercial refrigeration?

Does the company provide service reports after maintenance?
Yes, after every maintenance visit the client will be issued with a check sheet report about the equipment.
